@SamsungIndia Never buy samsung device, None of thier products are reliable only they are claiming premium category phone but actual it's 10-15K range device , after sales service is worst. Their response is poor, I am suffering with battery drainage issue since purchase. #Patheticexperience

Pathetic service from Samsung Electronics. Faulty device since purchase, 3 visits done, no resolution, no transparency, no replacement. Just excuses and upselling extended warranty to hide defects. This is harassment of customers. Escalating further. #SamsungIndia#ConsumerRights
