@Chrissietutoruk I’m so sorry this kind of shit is still going on and that this has happened to you. I worked in LAs for a while and the terrible things that went on and were hushed up was eye opening but at least they were public bodies and people attempted to hold them to account.

Hi @The_Oodie - I ordered a month ago, was told there were dispatch delays - fine. Was eventually told that it was dispatched on 23/11 with an estimated delivery date of 25/11. However checking the tracking data states that the item has not been received by the carrier.

I stood next to the Big Ben - the bell, in the Elizabeth Tower - as it struck 4pm today. A very cool experience. I also got to walk behind all four clock faces and a bonus visit to the public gallery of the House of Commons. Personal photography obviously very restricted.
