Of course since getting this book in May I couldn't put this book down. Re-read it and make sketches along the way. ❤️ #BookTwitter #booklovers #review

My Fantasy FOMO has kicked in hard, and I am ready to immerse myself into the enchanting world of The Shepherd King series by Rachel Gillig which has captivated me with its unique magic system—imagine wielding magical powers through cards instead of wands! #books #booktwitter

My first 5 art challenges were hard and embarrassing.

I would spend hours figuring out what to draw and what people wanted to see.

If I was starting over, the first thing I would do is draw doodles that put a smile on my face the build a world around it. 😍🪄

Reminder to self after watching Loki S2E2:

Eat pie with a friend

It's a cheap therapy session and afterwards you will be ready to conquer the world.#LokiS2

Most art of books have 1 page dedicated to designing a forest in a movie.

But these books explore different types of trees that will blow your mind:

Tangled— For a summery forest reference

Frozen II — For a fall forest reference

Elemental— For a tree community reference

@kekito_art I 1000% agree. You can run off into your own little world and (to me) it makes the characters pop a little more. (Beautiful illustration by the way 😍)

Some of my favorite visual development artists in this movie are Helen Chen, Ryan Lang, Michael Yamaha, and Victoria Ying 😍 #artist
