@troy_gomez19@Beniboi4@MaamSyj Yes, really! Most people choose an employer or organization they can be proud of and vice versa. I guess you belong. Eww!
It used to annoy me to no end when people refer to my country of origin as PI. I just thought the term refers to a period in history before we obtained sovereignty and independence. Nowadays, it does not bother me. Pilipinas, PI ka talaga.
@aida71698531@JamesDe19811482@kotzallen_ The applicant can ask: “how does this question relate to the position I am applying for?” Interview questions are supposed to provide hiring manager info that has to do with applicant’s knowledge, skills, abilities for the job.
@SherylMountain@kotzallen_ Dapat kasi knowledge, skills, and abilities lang ang batayan ng pagpili. It will be discriminatory if outside of these criteria. However, if you frame the question without naming names, you can get away with it—does the applicant fit into the culture of the company?
@dawende A question like this one reveals a lot about the person asking. As for the common saying: “There’s no such thing as a stupid question”, you’re right. There are only people stupid enough to ask it.
