I went to my first city council meeting last night. I read a statement about #DavidByrd to a less than receptive audience. It may not seem like that big of a deal, but this is my town. I was alone. I was scared. I have panic disorders. But I did it! #ExpelByrd#NoConfidence
@KarenPerrette @Plastic_Chevy @KCTV5 It says in the article that the assault was reported immediately. It can take a really long time for a case to make it's way through the judicial system.
@sethmoulton OIF veteran here. You knew good and damn well you would be taking up resources over there both as a civilian and a VIP. You did it anyway, not for some higher purpose, but to get attention. Well, you've got it now. Shame on you.
@mtgreenee When I went to school, I got vaccinated. When I went to college, I got vaccinated. When I went through basic training, I got vaccinated. When I deployed, I got vaccinated. Exactly zero percent of this is in any way similar to the Holocaust, you monster.
The Republican leaders are unable to denounce the despicable actions of their party members without resorting to whataboutism. This isn't new information, but it's stunning to watch them do it so blatantly.

They know this is unconstitutional and that nothing will come of it. That's why they excluded companies that own theme parks. They didn't want to piss Disney off while they're fooling the voters into thinking they're "taking on Big Tech." 🙄

@kernel68 For my own safety, I really wouldn't stop to help anyone unless there were dire circumstances. But the broke down car with a Trump sticker is probably the only one I'd laugh at as I drove by. 🤦🏻
