@TB_Times ...rarely use it. The concession - beach bar at the Archibald location has been mismanaged since day one. And the beach policing is a joke. The only Mad Beach situation under control is the Rec Department. Even more so now that Colin Shaw is back and in charge.

@TB_Times This beach community just can't get their situation under control. With proper leadership Mad Beach could be so much more. The ROC park, youth fields and outdoor stage is one of the best facilities in the county and its right on Boca Ciega Bay and its beautiful. Yet they .....
