This is dishonest, I have no option but to share these legal threats in the public interest.

Elected representatives should not mislead the public, or issue legal threats to silence those asking legitimate questions.

At committee last week, we asked @scotgov & the funded sector to step up and defend women who wanted to talk about their lives, their bodies and their rights.

@sexbasedrights TLDR: 16 year old trans child wrote a defamatory letter and added MPs signature to it without his knowledge. Victims of the defamation complained, letter altered. Child's father works for Scottish Parliament. All totally normal and not at all worrying.
