这类企业的痛感是真的，但解决方案是蠢的。10 个产品最后 10 个产品的 skill，100 个研发搞出来 100 种代码风格，最后混成一坨 AI 根本没法用。
美团蒸馏员工的第一天就搞出来几百个文档汇报 skill，质量一个比一个差；meta 花了大功夫又是监控鼠标又是装摄像头，最后训练出的玩意儿把员工的坏习惯也装进去了。
我现在正在开发一套根本性解决方案，企业能复用能力，员工也不会感到难受，甚至会发现自己更轻松——希望能在 7 月完成上线给大家看看。🤣

今天听到一个有趣的矛盾：

企业老板怕员工跑路，希望把员工经验浓缩成skill。

员工怕自己价值变低，拒绝这么做。

解法是不是做成skill后，哪怕离职也应该持续发打折工资当补偿？

ChatGPT 5.6 looks like a coward. It asks for permissions for almost everything and you can't give it full permissions in settings.
And it's always misunderstanding you when you ask it to do some real work. Instead of making things done, it prefers to write documents, tell reasons or what it "want" to do once and once again, until you use the F-word.
It's not good for coding efficiency.
