436. Tail Goomba

Okay, you caught me… this is actually a Tanoomba from Mario & Luigi. But given the fact that 3D Land's Tail Goombas are literally just Goombas with tails, can you blame me for wanting to draw this one instead? Go all the way with the Tanooki vibe, you know?

Wait, is that… LUIGI?! No, but it wouldnt be his first gooey doppelgänger. It seems like it solely exists to taunt Mario, mimicking his brother's appearance and movement in a spiteful way. Right when you think you've cornered it, it zips away in blob form.

557. Zappa Mechakoopa

The other new Mechakoopa model is the electrifying Zappa Mechakoopa. Its special power is arguably a lot more fun: firing a laser beam! Those bolts of electricity can power through most breakable blocks, so you'll need to quickly avoid when you see one.

556. Blasta Mechakoopa

Two new Mechakoopa builds have recently been invented to make levels more interesting! The first one is the Blasta model, which shoots explosive bullets that can follow the target around. Using actual Bullet Bills must have been a little too expensive.
