لیکن یہ صرف ایک باپ کا معاملہ نہیں ہے، بلکہ پاکستان اور اس کے مستقبل کا معاملہ ہے۔ ایک دھاندلی کے ذریعے قائم ہونے والی آمرانہ حکومت مسلسل سیاسی مخالفین کو کچل رہی ہے، جمہوری اداروں کو کمزور کر رہی ہے، لاکھوں پاکستانیوں سے اپنے رہنماؤں کا آزادانہ انتخاب کرنے کا حق چھین رہی ہے، اور جو لوگ اپنے عقائد کے اظہار کی ہمت کرتے ہیں انہیں خوف و ہراس کا نشانہ بنا رہی ہے۔
