With admission from @Makerere , I intending to withdraw as it was the case @kyambogou due to failure to have financial aid and attention from who may be concerned.
Will I really attain higher education??

I will finally be graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from @Makerere University in January 2027.
To God be all the glory.
To everyone who supported me, thank you.
To those still waiting on their breakthrough: don’t give up. Your time is coming. 🙏
But God made a way.
Through a contact from the West Nile UIPE WhatsApp group, I reached out to Deputy Speaker Rt. Hon. @Thomas_Tayebwa.
He generously paid my tuition every semester until I completed.
A brother, @AterWalker84955, also supported my welfare on campus.
When the storm shakes everything, God keeps His own intact.
Grateful to God, the President of Uganda, H.E. @KagutaMuseveni & the CDF General @mkainerugaba for endorsing Rt. Hon. @Thomas_Tayebwa for continued service.
Congratulations, Rt. Hon. @Thomas_Tayebwa!
Thank you very much my senior brother and Chairman for your kind endorsement. I also want to take this opportunity to thank Mzee H.E the President for the trust and confidence in me. Looking forward to working closely and harmoniously with my senior brother Hon @ObothOboth 🙏

@Thomas_Tayebwa Well said Rt. Hon. Thomas, Uganda has diverse people with different colors and many of Her citizens have intermarried with different people of different colors. After all we're all created in the God's image. I therefore urge fellow Ugandans to accept all colors.
@HESFBUG please this is not indiscipline, but I am trying to plead to you, at least next year's lot include provision and allowance for diploma holders.
Most of the diploma holders are unable to access higher education because of finance and not everyone of is employed.
@HESFBUG Thank you for your positive reply, the reason I tweeted this, is because it's now the third time for me to miss out due to delayed release of admissions. Let me keep in the village till the next academic year. As diploma jobs nowadays are rare,
@HESFBUG @YouTube @HESFBUG I don't think that it's open to everyone, we diploma holders who aim to upgrade at public universities with no financial base, we are always left out because allegedly our lists are always released at almost the deadline or after the deadline.
The scheme is segregative!
@HESFBUG please reconsider we whose admission list (i.e Diploma holders scheme admission list) has just been released after the deadline.
@Makerere@GovUganda
Am I unlucky??
How could one trying alot chances but ends up failing, even when you happen to get one, it comes with a limitation.
I am admitted on private sponsorship (Bachelor of in civil engineering at Makerere University) but Loan scheme has closed
