I despair @BritishTelecom call centre service. Since 28 Feb I’ve spent >5hrs in calls to 10 different staff trying to buy an extra service. 3 staff (2 of them managers) have so far failed to return calls at agreed times. Complaints process is not followed. @Ofcom
Not the first to say this and I won't be the last, but the Government is going to have to explain why if Northern Ireland's position is so good it would be so bad for the rest of us

@TfL Thanks Tom @TfL. The TFL database of cars appears to have been corrupted - it is at odds with the official government database and other XC90 T8 users are likely to be wrongly accused too.
