@Jwookiez @InsomniaTCG @JaviTajes Not the same thing. Bouncer targets units. Whirlwind targets players, which then choose to return any unit. Bouncer cannot target baron. Whirlwind can target a player who then can choose to return baron to hand.

Ruin runner cannot be chosen by spells or abilities.
Whirlwind chooses a PLAYER, that player then has a decision to return ANY unit to its owners hand or not. When all players have decided, whirlwind is resolved and ruin runner is returned to the hand.
