So what if what we see as "drastic" measures is really people just... focusing on their own health? I know this isn't revolutionary, but today it was for me.
Have you ever heard women saying that sick men have the "man flu"? (I've said this many times). We say this because it seems they complain so much and seem to take what we view as drastic measures to get rest and care. i.e., staying home from work b/c of a light cold. (1/4)
And on the flipside, men are taught that they should come first (I'm learning that this is not always a bad thing) and conditioned that when they are sick, the women around them will care for them? (3/4)
