I waited in from 14.00 until 18.00 when I discovered that they were closed. Appalling customer service.

Europcar Essex made me wait for a promised collection at 14.30 on Friday until a new promise received the next morning of 3 days later. Disgraceful, unacceptable and a total waste of time. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
