@kari_jerge Pa’s and np’s are being taught surgical techniques and in the OR and they will be encroaching on surgeons but I will always go with a surgeon!
@kari_jerge I have seen some pretty amazing surgical techs. After many years of experience they could easily do an appy or a choley. Why not let them do surgery? We don’t because when something goes wrong they don’t know have the medical training/knowledge to deal with it.
