@Uber, I have now called, emailed, and tweeted. I have not heard back about why my account has been disabled because I reported a driver for sexual harassment and unsafe driving from an incident that was a month ago. Is this how you treat all customers who report drivers?

@Uber, I filed a serious complaint about a driver, and my account was blocked as a result. I contacted customer service via phone and was told someone would contact me. It's been over two weeks; I haven't heard back, and my account is still blocked. Please help.

I’m taking ethics right now. My prof said something that really resonated with me: If you’re unhappy at your work, examine your values and the company’s values. If they misalign, maybe that’s why you’re unhappy; if you can leave, you should.
