This is Chapel St in South Yarra not far from Channel 10.

The quake centred around Mansfield in Victoria, and measured 6 on the Richter Scale at a depth of 10 km which is considered shallow. Christchurch quake by comparison was 12km.

Felt all the way up to NSW central coast.
