@O2 I’ve tried calling 3 times now and each time I’ve been cut off. I’ve tried the online help and this hasn’t worked either. I really need my number changed as it’s the one the hospital has. Please contact me ASAP.

@HarveysHQ this is not what I’d expect from a premium furniture supplier! Terrible service & not environmentally friendly (the packaging could be reused). You should think about charging less if this is the type of service your products come with. #complaint https://t.co/4KQbhfJALd
@HarveysHQ I’ve spent a load of money on a table and chairs and your delivery men arrive at 6.20am, wake up all the neighbours, can’t be bothered to even deliver my furniture the right way up (see below) and leaves all the unpacking and packaging to me! Not happy!
