My pop died yesterday. He lived a long, productive, and influential life. He was a fierce advocate for Fogo Island and for rural fisherman. He helped found the Fogo Island Co-Op and was deeply involved in community advocacy. We will miss him so much 🤍

It’s hard to believe a year has passed already.
Being a family medicine resident is not also smooth sailing; 5 moves in 1 year, off service rotations, and a healthy dose of imposter syndrome to name a few.
