@OnTrac_Shipping Horrible service. Can’t speak with a person and delivery driver keeps putting in gate code wrong to neighborhood and won’t deliver packages.
@united day 8 of travel nightmare. Bags got out of @EWRairport finally but were sent to Memphis airport instead of Charlotte after multiple requests. Have been told to “stay patient”. Really helpful advice….#neverflyingunited
@united left me stranded with no bags for three days and are still “working to find them” but can see they haven’t left their original spot. Also can’t get compensated because it’s a “weather issue”. Guess you aren’t supposed to need deodorant or shampoo when there’s bad weather!
@united after 7 days still no bags. No updates from scans but according to AirTags bags are heading on plane to Memphis. Have had requests to send bags to Charlotte for past 4 days….and now sent to location we moved away from on Monday. Total incompetence!

@united Still NO bags after 6 days and have been told by your customer service reps to “stay patience” and wait 72 more hours before I call back again. This is unacceptable as I cannot do my job without my bags!
On a day full of great moments, this gesture by @AllisonEmrey may have been the best. Went out of her way to sign a golf ball for each of them. Girls are still talking about it hours later and now want to be golfers when they grow up.
