Well, the migration requires seed phrases and I've known to always login with just the 7 digits identity anchor. Is there any other way if I do not have the seed phrase available

You need to migrate internet identity to 2.0.
Once you Internet Identity is migrated your full NNS token will reflect accordingly .

The protocol has the ability to re-stake into shorter period. the 8 years will be reduced to 2 years automatically then you can re-stake into months or prefer time.
Make sure your have your Internet identity migrated to 2.0 to enable functionalities. Follow back and DM for Q/A

@dominic_w hey Mr. Dominic, im an 8 year gang for icp and staked 2yrs ago. I didnt get my 8 yr bonus from mission 70 proposal. Im not dissolving my icp at all and infact all my stake rewards are being added. Can you give me a reason why I didnt recieved bonus?
