Thanks to all the families that helped out at today’s volunteer day at school. Amazing what can be accomplished when you get a group of people together. We put in a new entrance arch to the allotment, installed new raised beds, weeded and removed a big ol’ hazel stump! Go team!
We are also collecting plants for the Summer Fair on 12th July. We would appreciate any labelled seedlings or potted plants. Please drop donations during our allotment session next Saturday. We will also have a collection point in front of school closer to the event.
Come along to Brookburn Den & Allotment Family Day on Saturday, 15th June 11am-1pm and help us to replace the raised garden beds in the allotment so the kids can start doing outdoor planting lessons again. Any help you can provide is much appreciated!
Our Den & Allotment Family Day is coming up on Saturday, 20th January 10:30-13:00. We need help refilling sand pits and tidying trails. Please pencil this in your calendar and join us for a fun day out. More info at https://t.co/mPDgDeNS91

HUGE thank you to everyone who came out over the weekend for the EYFS clear up and Den Day. Great progress was made planting in the Reception playground, dismantling the old Nursery slide and sorting out the den and allotment areas!
We are now embarking on a huge fundraising effort to replace the Nursery play area. We are calling on our entire Brookburn family, the wider Chorlton community & local businesses to donate wherever possible. Please let us know if you can help!
Our @BrookburnP@OfficialTfGM#SchoolStreets trial resumes on Monday. We’d love to see as many pupils and residents walking and cycling to make the school run as clean, green, and healthy as it can be! We also need volunteer marshals to make this happen. Please get in touch👇
Our welcome picnic for incoming @BrookburnP families is on Monday from 11am-1pm. We’re looking forward to meeting you all and showing you around! Find out more at https://t.co/bCNkeJduwK
