I started my company, Renewed Life Homes in 2019. We mainly renew old houses and build new ones. Why renewed? Because we take something old and make it new.
@QuasLacrimas What happens if you include those who depend on tax refunds for a living? (The part that is beyond the tax liability, not talking about non-refundable tax credits)
@PrimalValor@StupidKills7560@elonmusk Thank you for sharing. I've had much the same experience in my far more limited exposure. Good to hear it holds true.
I love one of the core principles behind X. I, as a nobody, can ask ANYONE even the dumbest questions. They can ignore them, but the access is there. What an incredible opportunity to learn and grow. I'd love to help serve in the fight to increase access to affordable quality housing. I can use @X to learn that. I'd love to understand spaceships better. I can use X to learn that. I'd love to be a better human. I can use X to learn that. All because I have access to anyone. I can ask @elonmusk about starship. I can ask @MattWhitmanTMBH about theology. I can ask @smartereveryday about science. What a time to be alive.
@MattWhitmanTMBH how would you recommend that one would go about finding a new church? Not as a new Christian but as someone who already has established core values.
@StupidKills7560@elonmusk Just out of curiosity, what would be the effect of removing income tax and increasing sales tax have on inflation and flow of money through the economy? Goods cost less to produce, but cost more to purchase... Would the effects offset?
I should correct #2. If they aren't WILLING to contribute to our society. I feel bad for the people that aren't able to. We should always strive to lift up and love our neighbors. Some people contribute to our society just by being a positive influence to those around them. We need that just as much as someone willing to work a hard job.
@elonmusk #1 Deport them if they commit ANY crime (other than illegal entry)
#2 Deport them if they aren't contributing to our society.
#3 Give them a card if they are willing to work hard! More workers = more income = bigger economy = faster paying down of debt. Better for all of us.

Hey @elonmusk is it possible to separate/insulate the plasma from the skin? Insert methane into the flow ala supercavitating torpedo style. Guessing the extra methane is heavier than the tile weight savings. But i love learning, even if it's by asking stupid questions.
Just got around to watching @Erdayastronaut and @AndyLapsa
You can hear it in their voices without even paying attention to the words. They know @stoke_space is on to something fantastic. And now I know. Thanks for the educational tour guys!
@AeonMN
I'm interested in pursuing non-profit apartments. I already have some low cost rentals, a construction company, and I excel at making a low profit. Any suggestions on what to read and who to contact?
It occurs to me that @Apple would be incredibly smart to release a communication device that did not allow social media. Not a device with software lockouts via screentime, a device that actually did not allow social media apps at all. A reduced app set, somehow hard-coded into the device. There is a huge market demand for this specific product.
We simply lack the self-discipline to not install these apps. Silicon Valley has figured out our weaknesses and how to make us addicted, and companies have figured out how to use our dopamine as a pathway to taking over our personal time. By blocking this, Apple would be seen as a benevolent actor in a sea of malicious tech companies.
Call it something catchy like:
The “Emancipation From Applications”.
As parent with teenagers, I have explored this space carefully, alongside all of dozens of thoughtful parents I respect, from all walks of life. I am familiar with all of the dumb phones, and know friends with many of the hardware solutions used to make social media inconvenient.
Increasingly, I know adults who want this product for themselves. It’s no longer just about kids.
The more I think about it the more I realize this would be a genius play on many levels.
I usually don’t say this, but please retweet this if you feel the same way. I want to know if it’s just me.
