@ScotRail The 7.01 or 7.07 didn’t leave from Kilwinning as she was sat on the train waiting to go so that is incorrect. Not you’re fault but it’s not difficult to give people the correct information !!

@ScotRail What time did they stop running at Kilwinning? My daughter has lost a day filming/pay. If info given at Ayr of the delays she could have made alternative arrangements instead of wasting time going to Kilwinning. No mention of delays at 7am on the website.

@ScotRail Disappointed incorrect information given at 6am this morning. Ayr trains starting at Kilwinning, drive to Kilwinning to get the train at 7.01, no trains to Glasgow, no busses until 11am.
