Social media gives us a perception of access to people's lives without relationship with them, so we think we know people based on what they choose to share. It's a warped view.
There are a million layers to a person that will never be revealed by the posts they make.

readjust our boundaries. What was ok
before, no longer works. The people in
our lives, our self care rituals and the
environments and situations we
engage with must all adiust and meet
our new vibrational frequency in order
to be sustained.
You’ve worked too hard to let people hold you back. Look at your closest relationships. Are they giving you energy or draining it? Are they expressing love or taking it? Do they support your dreams or doubt them? It’s ok to let people go if they hold you down.
