SERIOUS INSURANCE COMPLAINT
I believe I was subjected to fraudulent mis-selling/misrepresentation by persons claiming to represent @IndiaFirst_Life and involved in my insurance process.
I have already submitted formal complaints to @IndiaFirst_Life & @heydigitlife.

@IndiaFirst_Life @heydigitlife UPDATE: After my X post, IndiaFirst Life called me regarding Policy 11262067. I was told surrender after 1 year may return only ~₹30,000 against ₹50,000 premium, or I can continue long-term.

@IndiaFirst_Life @heydigitlife I am not making a final legal finding. I am requesting a proper investigation based on the evidence available.

If the insurer grievance process does not resolve this matter, I request @IRDAI_India @BimaBharosa to take note and assist with appropriate grievance redressal.
