90% of uni of #WB are conducting online exams giving students 9.8, 9.9 SGPA, where cu students, due to incompletion of syllabus, will hardly get 4.5-5.0 SGPA, PG entrance is also closed. Where will they go for higher education?

Only 30% course completed & offline exams are being taken and after all the classes were also taken online . The notes were given but we're not being explained by the teachers. I just can't imagine how can they do this .
