Rāmagupta–Kāchagupta: The Forgotten King. (c. AD 378–383)
The story of Rāmagupta–Kāchagupta is one of the most important unresolved chapters in Gupta history, because it preserves the memory of a ruler who briefly stood at the center of imperial power and was then erased from the official record. For more than a century, scholars struggled with two names: Rāmagupta, known from copper coins and inscriptions, and Kāchagupta, known from gold coins. Neither name appears in the later official Gupta genealogies. The central question was whether they were separate rulers, relatives, rivals, or the same king.
The evidence presented here shows that Rāmagupta and Kāchagupta were one and the same ruler, active in the turbulent years following the death of Samudragupta I and immediately before the accession of Chandragupta II.
The first decisive breakthrough came in 1968, with the discovery of three Jain sculptures at Durjanpur near Vidisā. These sculptures, depicting Jain Tīrthaṅkara Candraprabha and Arhat Puṣpadanta, carry inscriptions in fourth-century AD palaeography. Their inscriptions state that the images were commissioned by Mahārājādhirāja Śrī Rāmagupta. This is crucial because it provides inscriptional evidence that Rāmagupta was not merely a literary figure, but a reigning king who bore the imperial title Mahārājādhirāja, “The Great King of Kings.”
Yet the numismatic record remained divided. Hundreds of tiny copper coins of Rāmagupta had been found, but no gold coins bearing the name Rāmagupta were known. Conversely, gold coins of Kāchagupta had been found in hoards together with coins of Chandragupta I, Samudragupta I, Chandragupta II, and later Gupta rulers, including the Tanda Hoard and the Ballia Hoard, but no copper coins of Kāchagupta had been found.
The early debate over Kāchagupta’s place in the Gupta dynasty centered on coins with the name “Kācha” in Brahmi under the king’s left arm on the obverse (front) of the gold coins.
These coins lacked the Garuḍadhvaja, the dynastic royal emblem of the Guptas, and instead showed the king holding the Chakradhvaja, a standard topped with a chakra. Because the Garuḍadhvaja signified official Gupta royal sanction on coins, seals, and inscriptions, earlier scholars questioned whether Kāchagupta was a recognized Gupta monarch. They were partially right, as at the time he issued these gold coins, Kācha had not yet assumed the Gupta Throne.
The 1946 discovery of the Bayāna Hoard changed this picture. Among the sixteen Kācha coins found there, fifteen belonged to a variety with the chakra standard. One unique coin, however, showed the addition of a Garuḍadhvaja on the obverse. Its reverse also introduced a new design: a goddess holding a diadem and a cornucopia. Weighing 7.74 g, this Variety B coin strongly indicated Kāchagupta’s legitimacy as a Gupta king because of the inclusion of the Garuḍadhvaja.
In the late 1990s, another variety emerged from an older collection, now known as Variety C. This coin resembled the Bayāna Hoard coin, including the Garuḍadhvaja, but showed a distinct reverse. The goddess held a lotus flower instead of a diadem. Both Varieties B and C, were produced by the royal mint, shared the same tamghā on the reverse. This shift from cornucopia to lotus marks an important iconographic development at the royal mint.
The decisive bridge between Rāmagupta and Kāchagupta came from two unique copper coins discovered from the Vidisā region, recovered among a large group of tiny copper coins of Rāmagupta.
The first coin showed Garuḍa on the obverse with outstretched wings. This type was common on coins of Rāmagupta, but the reverse legend was important because it gave the full name of the king: Rāmagupta. 1/4

Going few years back from my yesterday’s post of 1950 Hindu g*noc|de, do read the victim accounts of conversions, r@pes, and killings in 1946 (in the two given images).
These are Hindu witness- victim accounts, re-telling the horrors they went through during Direct Action Day and Noakhali riots in 1946.
The book that had documented the witnesses speaking of their horrific experiences, is ‘1946: The Great Calcutta Killings and Noakhali Genocide.’ It is available on https://t.co/OeLVXXSeqh as pdf.
Bengali Hindu g*noc|de needs to be revisited, as it was whitewashed and quietly buried by the Communists and Islamists working hand in hand, as they kept fooling people with the line ‘ek brinte duti kusum’ (two flowers in one branch).
Noakhali 1946 — Victims' Own Testimonies
• Hindus were told that if they wanted to save their lives and property, they had to convert to Islam.
• Many families accepted conversion under fear of death and mob violence.
• Victims reported being forced to recite the Kalma, attend mosques, and follow Islamic practices.
• Hindu idols, temples, and religious images were destroyed.
• Looting, arson, extortion, and threats accompanied the forced conversions.
The hypocrisy laid bare.
Former Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde now admits that the term 'Bhagwa Aatankwad' (Saffron Terror) was a misstep and shouldn't have been used. UPA used the term to malign millions of Hindus and watch Shinde struggle to defend the controversial narrative his party pushed for years.
Political convenience back then, a casual shrug now. What a despicable man 😡

I suggest that Christians and other non-Muslims in Western Europe, Japan, and the United States take a close look at the fate of Christians in Algeria, Nigeria, Syria, and Turkey, as well as Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh and Zoroastrians in Iran and elsewhere, and come to terms with the fact that this is the fate the Muslims living among you are preparing for you.

Vulgar Stand up Comedy
Earlier, I told you how feminism arrived. Today, I will tell you how this profanity in stand-up comedy culture began and how it was pushed by the same group of people, at the same time, and in the same country.
Lenny Bruce is regarded as the father of vulgar stand-up comedy. He pioneered it in the 1960s in the USA. He was a leftist, backed by the same left-liberal networks. He was also protected and supported by the Rockefeller Foundation.
This vulgar stand-up comedy was part of the same Deep State strategy to destroy culture, weaken families, and corrupt the younger generations.
Left means destruction.
Left ideology is the Deep State’s most effective tool to dismantle culture and civilizations.
