Faced a serious issue while booking a Tatkal ticket via IRCTC APP (Prayagraj→Anand Vihar, 02 May 2026, 22437).Due to a glitch, my first payment (₹1519) didn’t confirm for 4–5 mins,so I booked another ticket.Later,both got confirmed:

PNR 2617010327 (B5/18)

Cancelled one, but no refund (Tatkal rule). This loss is due to a system error.

Kindly arrange a refund and fix this glitch so others don’t face this.

They are insisting her to visit home branch. I would like to ask @TheOfficialSBI Is SBI a nationalised Bank or Normal local level bank? If one can't do KYC from any other branch how we can call it a nationalised Bank?? Very pathetic banking experience..

@TheOfficialSBI My wife has a salary Account in SBI delhi as she is a govt. Employee But all of sudden Transactions are being blocked on the Name of KYC and as she is on maternity leave and very far from Delhi. We have Done KYC at nearest branch only on our home town but still
