This is what I always say, focus on improving your metabolism. Make yourself a literal metabolic machine.
Unlimited energy, fatloss & overall health will skyrocket
Left: low-carb + intermittent fasting,
Right: high carb + fruit until noon
Same objective (lose fat, gain muscle) two totally different outcomes.
Don't starve yourself to get lean, upregulate your metabolism instead.

Profit is incredible, keep it up but learn what actually matters.
The body is smart in that it has strong preferences for real, organic, usable minerals over toxic heavy metals
Im fully advocating for detoxification obviously & our world is absolutely fucked with toxins.
But important to know that if you give the body real minerals. It prefers it over heavy metals.
People tote about how many enzymatic functions magnesium helps.
Yet we have zero clue on how mercury inhibits just as many enzymes, if not more, than magnesium.
Get the metals out.
