If you want to change any part of your life you have to get pissed. You have to get to a point where you won't tolerate a lower standard. Most people try to think their way into change but strong emotions are the spark that makes you get off your butt and do something about it.
Read books. Read articles. Read research papers. Listen to music. Listen to podcasts. Listen to people who think differently from you. Dance to the songs you love. Go swimming. Go for a walk without carrying your phone. Go hiking. Go for coffee hopping. Buy magazines. Read old newspapers. Sit in a library. Visit a museum. Watch the sunset. Watch the sunrise. Stare at your walls. Stare at the ceiling. Stare at the stars from your terrace. Sit in a garden and observe people passing by. Watch the trees move with the wind. Listen to the birds. Listen to the rain. Sit in silence without feeling the need to fill every second with content. Write things down. Carry a notebook. Journal your thoughts. Sketch badly. Paint something. Learn an instrument. Grow a plant. Cook a meal from scratch. Call an old friend. Travel somewhere nearby. Get lost in a new neighborhood. Visit a bookstore and leave with a book you weren't planning to buy.
this is life all about.
🚨 Your gut lining is only one cell thick.
Alcohol, NSAIDs, processed food, and chronic stress break it down. When it leaks, toxins enter your bloodstream and inflammation becomes systemic.
✅ L-glutamine, bone broth, and fermented foods help rebuild it. Start removing the triggers first.
Underrated life advice: Become generous with your assumptions. Assume they were tired, not rude. Overwhelmed, not careless. Preoccupied, not distant. This doesn’t mean tolerate disrespect. It means stop turning every small moment into a personal attack. Grace makes life lighter.

The fastest way to change your life is to rip yourself out of your (physical and digital) environment. Change everything overnight. The places you go, the accounts you follow, the info you consume, etc. It's difficult but it absolutely works.
Memory is one of the strangest abilities you possess. Your brain uses an incredibly complex biological system to preserve moments from your past that no longer exist, allowing you to revisit experiences from years ago. But memories are not always recordings of reality. In fact, every time a memory comes under the spotlight of your attention, it can melt and change a tiny bit.
What exactly is a memory, how is a moment in time stored inside your brain, and why does remembering something slowly rewrite the story of your life? Watch our full video to find out: https://t.co/ZDVK3DlZ8w
Sleep is the single most impactful performance variable. Going from eight hours to six produces cognitive impairment equivalent to being legally drunk. No productivity hack compensates for that.

@bluewmist I would recommend the opposite.
Completely sit in stillness in nature, by the beach, by the ocean, by the fire.
And disidentify with the mind's narrative and consciousness its presents you.
Discover your soul and your consciousness within.
You should have things you don't do, places you don't go to, substances you don't take, words you don't say
By all means, have Principles and Standards.

I know how this sounds. But stay with me.
About three years ago I started taking my shoes off and standing on grass for 10 minutes every morning.
I was skeptical. I only tried it because the research kept showing up in papers I was reading.
📈 Direct skin contact with the earth allows free electrons to transfer into your body. Studies show measurable reductions in inflammatory markers, lower cortisol, improved sleep onset, and decreased blood viscosity.
Researchers call it earthing or grounding.
Your body evolved in direct contact with the natural environment. Modern life has almost completely severed that connection.
Ten minutes. Barefoot. Outside on any natural surface. Try it this week. 💪🏻
The Prophet ﷺ said:
"Beware of lying, for lying leads to wickedness, and wickedness leads to the Hellfire. A man will keep telling lies and striving to tell lies until he is recorded with Allah as a liar."
(Bukhari 6094, Muslim 2607)
