A real chaos situation at GOI. Gate 14. 6E 381 to AMD.
Passenger, first made to wait at the seating area with insufficient space, then made to wait at the Gate (Gate 14) for buses. Then again made to wait on the Tarmac for boarding.

Stray Cattle issue still persists @ Club o7 Road. Almost 1 accident takes place daily due to this. Traffic too becomes stagnant at peak hours.

What is the meaning of Advance order if, it cannot be fulfilled? Your customer care number is not reachable. Facing this issue with the Bopal Store, Ahmedabad for the 7th or 8th time. USELESS STORE & USELESS SERVICE.

Your "Prime Sedan" driver shows up with a "Prime SUV" & denies to take OTP. Demands extra fare, that too in Cash, because he's driving a big car.

You should be blacklisting such drivers & take strict action.

And I WAS CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE.

Stuck with a leaking FLUSH since last 2 weeks. Technician visited, but says that the service centre does not have the part required in stock since 1.5 Months & won't be in stock for atleast 15 more days.

@SubwayIndia PATHETIC EXPERIENCE with your Bopal, Ahmedabad outlet. Item not in stock, being cancelled after 10 minutes for 2 consecutive days but misinformed & ill-manered staff who can't accept their own fault. Incompetency at its best.

How is it possible to increase price of a car post it's listing?
When your car is NOT ACCORDING TO YOUR REPORT!
The report says that tyres are no more than 5 years old. Upon inspection, I found tyres are 6 years+ old & even the tread is very less. Plus many issues
