I went for breakfast this morning as well, and I noticed she wears disposable plastic gloves and does not touch money while preparing sandwiches. I wish that many street food vendors could learn from this. When serving food to people, hygiene is extremely important.

When business owners go above and beyond, it is truly remarkable & touching. Yesterday, I went to Aunty Fatou’s Kitchen at the MRC junction for lunch. She asked to carry our daughter before the food was served and rocked her to sleep. We can all relate to eating with an infant.
