When I play I want to play in one place and Playstation gets most of the games I like day 1

CP2077 came out a month after the current gen consoles released

CP2077 sold about 18 million copies, before the refunds with about 170 million consoles between PS4 and XBone

Check their last couple releases.RDR1 5 years into the gen,GTA5 end of the gen ,RDR2 5 years in,GTA6 6 years in

2.If they did leave last gen behind Cyberpunk would've sold way less copies because there was no install base to sell to which would have significantly damaged the studio
