Wasn't a fan of how close to the edge the tabs were in 2.209 so Editor Tab API will have a more polished consistent look to them once Geode is ready

@luciascarlet Geometry Dash scroll layers used to do this, they didn't swallow touch and weren't bounded so touch would go to multiple
