@HiltonHotels I logged in to make a reservation and discovered my points balance is zero! Support tells me that they expired two days ago and to restore them I have to pay $127!
So disappointed - I would have hoped to at least get an email warning… Could I get a 2nd chance? 🙏

@Wise I get that you’re excited about the ability to offer interest on balances, however as a NY resident, I’m not eligible. Would you please ask the marketing team to filter out ineligible accounts so that I don’t receive an email every week offering me a feature I can’t use?

@NYSLabor it’s incredibly frustrating that your documentation encourages users to call with any questions, but it’s seemingly impossible to get through to anyone. I understand that there are high call volumes but there isn’t even an option to wait in the queue!
