@JeffStanek1 @HeDwells Back at you. Some of us are still traumatized and it’s nice to see people who are willing to have our back. I attend the pride parade in a smallish city. The groups that primarily march on the parade are churches, which is certainly a surprise for someone who couldn’t find

@JeffStanek1 @HeDwells It gives kids hope. Things like pride ultimately saved my life. And if you’ll remember as recently as 2022 LGBTQ, citizens and allies were murdered in a bar while they were minding their own business. Not to mention the 50 people slaughtered at Pulse because they were gay.

@JeffStanek1 @HeDwells An increase in suicide amongst teens in the LGBTQ community, the goal was to keep children from killing themselves when faced with bigotry and hatred that especially arose in the evangelical community.
