I built a system whose only job is to attack its own discoveries until they break

It generated 6 math conjectures, survived them through brute-force search up to graphs with 15 nodes. Looked solid

Then I tried to prove one, and the proof attempt instantly killed two of them. Counterexamples so small the search had skipped right over them.

"Survived testing" and "true" turned out to be very different things. Catching that gap was the whole point.
