Just when I think we are doing an ok job raising the kids I find out one of them wants to split the last piece of pizza horizontal or diagonal instead of down the middle (correct answer).

Today we carved our giant pumpkins. Henrietta (left) & Miss Mae (right). Regular jack-o-lanterns for size.

I had to use a sawzall to do it. Shell was 8 inches thick. Regular knife was not going to cut it (pun intended).

I had a realtor come buy 200 pumpkins tonight. She was going to hand them out to customers with a ribbon saying “I’ll always carve out time for you” plus a business card.

This is my favorite pumpkin from the 2022 season

It will join the ~ 157 others my kids have drug/carried/squirreled/snuck in the house. I don’t know why I am adding to our House Pumpkin Collection but here we are.
