Staff are rude, careless and frustrated as the airline is understaffed.

how could you possibly mess it up to this point, both round trip cancellations with no proper contingencies in place and replacwment flight that also got cancelled. Left Bali 24 hours ago and won't be in Sydney till tomorrow mid-night... No ones there to response other than bots!
