China can call the 2016 Arbitral Award “null and void” a thousand times but repeating a rejection does not erase a ruling.

The Tribunal ruled. The law was applied. The Philippines stood on its rights.
What we see today is the same old tactic: deny the ruling, distort the facts, pressure the Philippines, then pretend the problem is everyone else.

That is not strength. That is refusal to accept reality.
🇵🇭 We should reject coercion, reject disinformation, and reject the normalization of China’s unlawful pressure in the West Philippine Sea.

The Philippines will not be bullied into surrendering what the law recognizes.
2016 was not erased.

🚨 Walang maitatayong bagong bus stops

Hindi luho ang public transportation na dapat tinatapyasan. Deserve ng bawat komyuter na bigyang-priyoridad ng gobyerno ang mga ganitong serbisyo.

Noong nakaraang linggo, nagsagawa tayo ng relief operations sa Pampanga kasama ng Akbayanihan. Nakita natin na hindi pa humuhupa ang baha, hindi makapasok ang mga estudyante at manggagawa, at halos tumigil na ang kabuhayan at ekonomiya ng buong komunidad.

Ito ang realidad na hinarap natin sa Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) sa kanilang budget hearing kahapon sa Kamara.

Iminungkahi natin ang pagkakaroon ng pambansang masterplan sa flood mitigation. Hindi na sapat ang pira-pirasong plano na nagbabago sa bawat administrasyon.

Kasabay nito, hinimok natin ang DPWH na paigtingin nila ang lifestyle checks, conflict-of-interest disclosures, at iba pang transparency measures para labanan ang korapsyon sa ahensya.

Hindi na dapat normal ang pagbabaha. Kailangan itong solusyunan ngayon na.

PRO-DUTERTE VLOGGER ARRESTED FOR ILLEGAL DRUGS

Pro-Duterte vlogger Joselito Peruelo, also known as “Julia Peruelo TV,” an LGBT content creator and political activist and his live-in partner Christian Tolentino were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Purok Magtiayon, Brgy 10, Bacolod City on Tuesday, August 25.

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Negros Island Region tagged both suspects as alleged notorious drug pushers, who reportedly yielded 13 sachets of suspected shabu weighing 50 grams valued at P340,000, and an improvised tooter.
