@ScottishWidows I’ll try calling, I mean it’s pointless having the app, that directs you to the website to manage any changes anyway! Then they don’t get done. Pretty shocking management on all platforms.
Hi @ScottishWidows I made changes to my pension in April and you’re yet to confirm the requested change has been made, I chased it up via the mailbox on 8 May but still haven’t heard anything. Can you advise please?
Hi @My_Metro we’ve been waiting at Seaburn platform 2 for over 20 mins as a train is stuck at Pallion, it said there was a train departing park lane and the board changed to 5 mins now it says 10 mins again. Can you advise?
First week back and the @My_Metro app is still as useless, no trains showing heading to airport all going in the other direction. It’s the basics really
@My_Metro Would be great if you could say there are delays - on the app, as it doesn’t work correctly you never know if it’s just not showing or if the train really is delayed. Thanks

@jtmackie@NakedWines@YodelOnline Same thing has happened to us EVERY delivery for the past few years. Zero communication from them today to say it hasn’t even shipped! @NakedWines you really need to listen to your customers & sort your delivery situation out!!
