@Pennyfleamarket It will be just south of the Koch fertilizer facility. Great logistics location for steel. They will want their site to border the Mississippi River for cheap water transit of raw materials and finished steel. To the west is a rail spur. Google map the Koch facility.

@wil_sd62 @RapidResponse47 @RepMMM The rail spur will tie in with the BNSF main line that runs through Fort Madison. Over 80 trains a day pass through this city on the way from Chicago to Los Angeles. A perfect logistics set up for steel production.

It will be bordered by the highway with a rail spur back to Fort Madison and the Mississippi to the east. It is an excellent location for a steel mill - same as Nucor and BRS in NE AR. @RedWhiteTrue12 @ClayTravis At that point in the game his stats did not matter. The passes that I refer to were right on target and the receivers had to do nothing special to haul them in. In the end it did not matter.

@GreensPro I have just the opposite problem over in Metro East, bentgrass has invaded my fescue. Treated a few times with Tenacity but not real successful. Over the years my relocations have allowed me to have Bermuda, turf type tall fescue and blue grass. Now I prefer shade.

@GreensPro Actually not as bad this year in my fescue to the point I have not had to treat it. Always pops up in the wet areas.
