@ncdes why do I have to verify my identity again when I have already done it before? Now I have to wait on hold forever. I have been waiting for over 4 hours "in line" to speak to a trusted referee. I don't get it

@JeremySuperpoo @NCDES I'm not sure they understand what escalation means. And the fact that it's not our fault makes it even worse. Nobody has time to wait on them for weeks. My wait just started but I plan to get an advocate or something in a few weeks

@alemcv02 @NCDES I'm going through something similar. I have a random hold on my pua that shouldn't be there and nobody I have spoken to knows why it's there or how to remove it. They keeps saying a lot of people have random holds and they don't know why

@ncgov @NCDES after hours of waiting no one can figure out how to remove the pua hold and apparently it's happening to more people than just me. Unacceptable. According to your own rep, a lot of people have been getting "unnecessary holds"
