The Scheme proposed prima facie looks good. Hon'ble Supreme Court proposed to insert Dispute Resolution Mechanism so that concerns of students be addressed if any.
Hon'ble Bench has directed to incorporate a specific deadline to declare the result.

CBSE and ICSE proposed different scheme of evaluation for Board Students which is duly affirmed by Hon'ble Apex Court.
In State Board Plea, directed to serve all the standing Counsels of the State. Effective hearing will be given on Next date.

One Intervention Plea filed by UP Parents association against cancellation of Board examination declined by the Apex Court. Matter will be taken up on 21st June to give hearing only in respect of their suggestions to the proposed methodology.
