Pretty disappointed in @asda this evening. My disabled and elderly mum’s phone line is down so tried to buy an emergency new mobile phone. Apparently despite the store being open, the item was locked away and no one would get it. Do better!

@scriptwren Definitely find someone to talk to about it but….always keep in mind it’s their problem not yours. I think as people pleasers we feel it’s us. Whilst it can be hard to shut out the noise, try and remove yourself as much as you can x

@helloPeabody not only is this repair still not done, she has an emergency today and apparently you don’t have record of her address as a tenant. Now an elderly disabled person might be left with no toileting facilities at all. Great service!

@glutenfreegez I would say the stout is really similar. It’s quite dark and has that nice rich flavour to it. Obv not the bloody loveliness of Guinness 100% but VERY close. I have tried several different ones to compare
