There’s what was said.
There’s what was heard.
There’s what’s been understood.
Conflict and clarity live between those spaces. So much opportunity for hurt to fester or growth to blossom depending on so many variables, many of which are outside of our control.
May God grant us wisdom, clarity and generosity of heart as we grow in communication and relationships.
God’s faithfulness rarely arrives according to our timeline or preference. As a wise person once said, “God is never late but he sure misses plenty of opportunities to be early!”
Don’t give up. Ask, seek, knock!
There's a bird outside my window that has a call that sounds exactly like a snitch in Arc Raiders. It took me a while to figure out why I was feeling so tense!

I've been thinking about something @chuckdegroat shared yesterday. It's this word: vainglory.
To quote Chuck, “The desire to be seen as holy rather than to be holy, to be known as wise rather than to be wise.” (my emphasis added)
Ugh.
Was reading Philippians 2.6 today and it struck me how Christ moved in the opposite spirit of vainglory, “Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.”
I've been pondering how the temptation to steward my reputation gets in the way of true character formation.

TIL that a Mayo Clinic physician published a paper in the Journal of the American Medical Association entitled, "The Physical Death of Jesus Christ".
Here's some remarkable reading for Good Friday - https://t.co/LwMQDfHmZs
Just took this out for a spin. Today is expense report day and I was getting bored manually exporting pages from a browser and saving them individually as PDFs. I asked Claude this:
I have a bunch of tabs open in Safari. I'd like you to export each tab as a pdf saving the file to the downloads folder using this filename templated: 2026-XX-YY-LoopCommunity where XX is the month and YY is the day given in the Date section of the Order Information shown on each tab.
After a few false starts I just interrupted it and suggested:
You are over complicating everything - no need for node or python or javascript - those pages are already loaded, just use my mouse to go up to File - Export as PDF - and then enter the name and boom done.
Then sat back and watched as it just did just that. Pretty surreal to watch an AI do the task in front of my eyes, on my computer. Felt like the first time I watched someone VNC into my Mac.
Today, we’re releasing a feature that allows Claude to control your computer: Mouse, keyboard, and screen, giving it the ability to use any app.
I believe this is especially useful if used with Dispatch, which allows you to remotely control Claude on your computer while you’re away.
Reviewing ChatGPT's memories about me and found this line:
[2025-03-08] - Alyn thinks Canada is the best.
For the record, I do not. Don't get me wrong, I love Canada. But the best? There's some strong competition for the best.
I've been really impressed by Nvidia GeForce on Vision Pro. So much so, for the first time in 30 years I've bought a gaming mouse.
Ironically this means I'm playing a video game:
• on a remote RTX gaming PC
• displayed on a virtual giant screen
• inside a spatial computer
• controlled by a $30 wired mouse
My 20 year old Quake playing nerd-heart can't believe this is the future I am living in. 🤯
