"The last thing I did is the report on Gaza naming what is happening there as genocide. One of the main reactions to that report [was] paying tribute to me for my courage.. why would you need courage to speak the truth?"

Till this day, I donβt know how the hell did the Strong man manage to hurt Aemond wearing this armour with a butter knife? Where exactly? Itβs supposed to be on the right side but it looked secure from this pic? It didnβt make sense to me.
Did I miss something? π
I can enjoy watching a characters, from opposite sides, evil or not, while seeing them clearly without me needing to βjustifyβ their actions. Because they are fun to watch, without taking it to heart and losing it if someone doesnβt like them.
One if the biggest mistakes imo about HOTD, was writing it in a way that (marketing made it even worse) black vs green is good vs bad, this did harm more than good, simply because it stripped the nuances of a tragic family into a football match & fans turned into ultras
I think the main reason why majority of people canβt actually enjoy nuance in media anymore is because they self insert into these characters and want the characters to act like they would instead of actually looking at the context.
@HariSel57511397 "Cringe" has become a slur for sincerity, designed to kill joy and talent starting when we're children. Adults need to exorcise it just like any other schoolmarm control word.
