@emirates a suitcase of mine was damaged. It’s nearly 2 months now and you still have not resolved. I have sent numerous follow ups and nobody has the decency to reply. This is extremely poor service, shocked at this service, thought you were better than this.

@BootsUK Then, when I was getting frustrated he writes “come down”. I presume he was trying to say “calm down” I said I don’t understand the English. A) it’s completely rude to speak to a customer like this and B) customer service should know how to communicate properly with customers.
@BootsUK First your representative told me it was delivered. Then he said none of the 14 items I ordered were in stock. Then he said some items weren’t in stock and when some items aren’t in stock then Boots cancels the whole order. He was useless and of zero help.
